Aroy Thai has been your hip, trendy and casual local eatery since 2008. Why Best Ugly? Well, if you were punched, rolled, boiled and fired, you wouldn’t look so great either. These Montreal-style bagels are deliberately manhandled – hand rolled and cut, then simmered in sweet honey water. They're then shoved into a custom-made, Manuka-fired stone oven, toasted and served piled with your choice of classic and inventive toppings. Brothers Beer is home to 18 taps of fresh craft beer which is matched perfectly to our Juke Joint BBQ menu. Juke Joint brings authentic southern BBQ cuisine to Commercial Bay. We cook low and slow smoking meat and vegetables which renders incredibly tender and smoky menu items. Our smoked meats and vegetables are either served naked, on a fresh salad, or in a sourdough bun with coleslaw and a selection of house-made sauces.

Fatima’s has been making irresistible eats since forever ago. One-of-a-kind twists on authentic Middle Eastern recipes, infused with fresh herbs and punchy citrus. Pitas, chawarmas and salads make a perfect brunch, lunch or dinner, best paired with the 'legendary' potato koftas  (just ask Dave Grohl). Green Door Pizza is that slice you want as much at 11am as you do at 11pm. It’s the classics you know, just better. Located on the ground floor of Commercial Bay, they’ll be pouring natural wine on tap, alongside pizzas by the slice, or whole pies if you bring along some friends. Roti Bros was born in lockdown after endless disappointment with what's available. Instead of traditional pastry, we use roti paratha - the chewy, crispy, light, style of flatbread that India nailed hundreds of years ago became the ultimate pie pastry. Tart – Plant based. Planet friendly. Tart bakes delicious European-style bread, pasty, pies, doughnuts and sandwiches fresh every day. All our food is plant based – free of animal products. Tart will sell baked delicacies by day and gourmet vegan pizzas by night.

The Little Fish Shop is serving up the best of New Zealand's seafood including a classic Fish & Chips, Oysters, garlic prawns and whitebait fritters. 

Building on Rodd & Gunn's ethos of sourcing only the finest materials, The Lodge Bar presents a carefully curated offering of New Zealand's finest wines to be enjoyed with our intricately prepared food menu. Nobody likes the token vege burger, and especially not us. That’s why we set out to make the best plant-based burgers this wonderful planet has ever seen.

We quit our office jobs, built a food truck out of scrap metal and recycled pallets, spent a bit of time perfecting the patties, and then took our burgers to the road.

Turns out we aren’t alone in our passion for indulgent vegan burgers. In 2019, we opened our first store in Grey Lynn, and Wise Boys Commercial Bay followed soon after. So if you’re looking to eat for the good of the planet without having to sacrifice delicious burgers, you know where to find us!
